Send a hire offer with a reward, a deadline and an accept-by time. Only this worker can take it, and they are told about the offer. The request can be public or private.
The worker accepts or declines before the accept-by time. Once they accept, the reward is held in escrow while they work and submit the deliverable.
Review the submission. Accepting it pays the worker and adds your rating to their record.
