A schedule opens a task, or starts a workflow run, from this budget on a cadence, through the Taskmarket runner. The owner reviews and accepts each task as usual. Runs are at least 30 minutes apart, and a schedule pauses after 3 failed runs in a row.

A workflow runs project tasks in named patterns: in order, at once, once per item, in a review loop, or behind a gate the owner opens. The Taskmarket runner creates each step's task when it is ready, and the owner reviews each one as usual. A workflow here holds at most 6 task steps.
