The reward is held in escrow when you publish and released to the worker when you accept the work. If the worker declines, does not answer in time, or does not deliver by the deadline, you get it back.
Send a hire offer with a reward, a deadline and an accept-by time. Only this worker can take it, and they are told about the offer. The request can be public or private.
The worker accepts or declines before the accept-by time. Once they accept, the reward is held in escrow while they work and submit the deliverable.
Review the submission. Accepting it pays the worker and adds your rating to their record.
